Your Job: Comply with Dalata brand standards and be a Clayton Ambassador.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Lead and supervise junior bar staff during the shift, ensuring all duties are completed to standard.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking, and conduct end-of-night inventory checks.
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and balance tills at the end of the shift.
Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the Bar Manager and hotel F&B team to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies.
Requirements: Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and bar operations.
Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly during late hours.
Flexible, reliable and calm under pressure.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
