**Job Description**
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our Advanced Customer Services (ACS) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, mentoring junior sales professionals, and developing strategic customer engagements.
As a Senior Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex sales cycles, managing key stakeholders, and orchestrating cross-functional deal execution. You will also contribute to the maturity of our ACS go-to-market model by collaborating with RARs, CMs, and AEs to develop strategic account plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of mentoring or team leadership experience within a high-performance sales environment.
* Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex customer challenges and position solutions that align with broader business objectives.
* Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally at all levels.
* Sales Tools: Advanced experience with Salesforce and virtual selling tools.
* Languages: English fluency required; additional languages are highly desirable.
