About the Role: * To assist our partners in implementing Dolby's IP protection solutions through training and technical support. * To engage directly with regional teams and partners to understand their issues integrating Dolby security controls into their products. * To verify and test partner security mechanisms as appropriate. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing customer support relationships for Dolby's IP protection solutions, managing customer expectations, identifying areas of improvement, developing implementation plans based on business needs, and providing updates on project status. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as sales engineering, solutions architects, product management, training teams, business development managers && team leaders.
