Transformation Project - SAP S/4HANA
Overview
This role sits at the centre of a large‑scale SAP transformation journey and will be instrumental in supporting the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. You will drive execution excellence, improve existing processes, and help build a modern, scalable SAP capability within a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and coordinate SAP functional teams across projects, change, and BAU support
Manage delivery planning, workload prioritisation, and resource allocation
Ensure high standards across governance, documentation, testing, and quality assurance
Support and oversee the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, project teams, and SAP delivery functions
Translate business requirements into clear delivery roadmaps and execution plans
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and process owners
Champion SAP best practices and methodologies including SAP Activate
Drive process optimisation, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder communications
Support change management, training, and user adoption activities
Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading SAP functional teams within complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of SAP modules, integrations, and end-to-end delivery lifecycles
Experience supporting or delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and structured delivery methodologies
Experience working within governance and change management frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across cross‑functional teams
