We have a great opportunity for a seasoned Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for two modern properties located in central Dublin, one being an exciting milestone launch project.This role is ideal for a passionate, energetic, and commercially-driven senior sales professional who is ready to play a pivotal role in positioning two unique hotels in the competitive Dublin market.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the sales strategy for both hotels in alignment with brand standards and business goals.Drive revenue across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, and groups.Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to maximise occupancy and profitability.Collaborate closely with on-property teams and regional support to deliver exceptional guest experiences and market positioning.Represent both properties at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions.Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adapt strategies proactively.The Ideal Candidate:Minimum of five years’ experience in hotel sales, cluster, and brand experience a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of the Dublin market and surrounding region.Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.Good hotel / IT systems knowledge and ability.Excellent career progression opportunities and a strong support network are available with this role.
