Cpl Healthcare is actively recruiting for a full-time permanent position of Social Care Team Lead.
About Our Client
We support people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, and other needs to live an ordinary life in a community-based environment.
Our Requirements
* A minimum of a Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care.
* At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
* At least 3 years' experience in health/social care or voluntary sectors.
* Knowledge of developments in quality and safety within disability services.
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams.
* A full driver's license is essential.
