Temporary Receptionist / Administrator - Carlow FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator on behalf of our client based in Carlow The Role: First point of contact for clients and visitors, managing calls and queries.
Organising appointments and providing general office support.
Assisting with data entry, payments, and client records.
Supporting local events, training, and courses.
Covering administrative duties within the office and occasionally across regional sites.
Requirements: Previous administration or reception experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using ICT tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Highly organised with excellent customer service skills.
