We are now recruiting for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our operations team as a Breakfast & Events Manager
As Breakfast & Events Manager, your focus will be on ensuring the successful running of all banquets, meetings and events hosted at The River Lee. Running complex events for guests of over 100 will be a regular occurrence so you must be a confident people manager, comfortable leading a team and managing the execution of a variety of events ranging from boardroom meetings to large-scale banquets and bespoke weddings.
You will also lead the hotel's breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and the best possible start to their day. You will ensure consistently high standards, manage a team of supervisors, collaborate closely with all departments of the hotel, and manage rosters, stfing levels and stock control.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to a hotel professional with experience working with large events. The ability to forge long-lasting relationships with our clients to ensure our high record of repeat guests is retained, will be key to your success.
