The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisation skills and have previous experience in a busy medical environment. The role is to support and assist the Consultant, GPs and Nurse to ensure the highest patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can multitask, think on their feet and be part of the team in a busy fast-paced environment. The role of the reception will: Be the face of the company, welcoming patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and helpful manner. Assistingpatients with queries and requests Answering the phonepromptly Responding to emails Scheduling patient appointments as per clinic policy Helping colleagues to completeadministration tasks Ensuring that all lab test results are processed, and that the relevant person is informed. Ensuring reception is welcoming, tidy, and organised. Some cash handling, taking payments from patients. Skills, Training and Development Reception experience in a fast-paced environment is required, checking in people, taking payments, comfortable multi-tasking, and prioritising calls. Good PC Skills, IT, Socrates software is an advantage, but training will be provided. Outlook or similar email knowledge, we use Outlook, Mozilla and Healthmail Microsoft package Word and Spreadsheets are primarily used and some online portals. Scanning results and other paperwork to patient charts, downloading results, sending results and other paperwork to third parties. Knowledge of GPDR and responsibility to ensure patient confidentiality. About this role: Five days a week: Monday 11am 7pm on rotation Tuesday 9am 5pm Wednesday 9am 5pm Thurs 11am 7pm on rotation Fri 9am - 5pm 40 hours a week Benefits: Quarterly Bonus Scheme €500 Competitive Salary Onsite Parking 20 Days Holidays The ideal candidate will have: Have a good level of English and eligible to work in the EU.
