Role PurposeWe are looking for a Team Leader to join our Pension and Investment team.The role holder is responsible for the efficient running of day-to-day processing operations within the Pension and Investment Team in the Life Services Department, monitoring, coaching and guiding team members. It is their responsibility to ensure that all tasks are completed within SLA's and to an excellent standard.The role holder will also support and monitor team members performance towards meeting team and individual objectives.Accountabilities of the RoleMonitoring and prioritising work within the Pension and Investment team, ensuring all tasks are completed within the applicable SLACoaching, supporting and guiding team members towards meeting agreed objectives. Working with the Assistant Manager to carry out performance management reviews and objective setting for team members.
