Your Key Responsibilities

* Create and implement safety and wellbeing initiatives that drive culture change within the site.

* Analyse and improve processes to maintain quality and productivity standards.

* Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity, and increase service quality.

* Collaborate with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices and drive operational excellence.
">
* Work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, owning and driving a culture of safety, quality, and shift performance standards.

* Act as a role model and mentor to new managers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
">
A degree and relevant experience in people management, communication, and data-driven decision making are essential. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
">
Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques is preferred, along with relevant logistics experience and proficiency in MS Office.
