Patient Services Administrator - Hybrid - €34k - Dublin 12
At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking to recruit a Patient Services Administrator to take up a full-time, permanent role with a growing team located in Dublin 12.

This permanent position will offer a salary of €32,000 - €34,000, a generous bonus scheme, excellent benefits and a flexible hybrid working model (3 days working from home per week).
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Provide support to clinical sales and nurse teams
2. Processing patient assessment forms
3. Schedule diagnostic clinics and patient set ups
4. Team diary management
5. Working to daily KPI's
6. Monthly reporting of KPI's and appointments to be carried out and maintained
7. Maintaining and updating patient records CRM database
8. Create greater efficiencies with current workflow practices
9. Large key accounts responsibility solely for appointments
10. Provide comprehensive solutions to patient queries
11. Working to month end deadlines & KPI's
12. Manage incoming post; sort and ensure distribution to each department
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
13. 2 years of customer service experience ideally gained in a healthcare related setting
14. Excellent interpersonal skills
15. Proven attention to detail and follow through
16. Time management and organisational skills
17. Knowledge of CRM systems
18. Computer literate in Microsoft office
19. SAP experience an advantage
20. Self-starter/Demonstrates initiative
21. Open and receptive communication skills
22. Outgoing and positive attitude to customers and colleagues
23. Ability to deal with several tasks at once, is able to adapt to most situations
24. An attitude of teamwork
