Automated Test Equipment Development Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automated Test Equipment Development Engineer to join our team in North Dublin.
This role involves designing and assembling largely automated test fixtures that meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with electro-mechanical and software elements, including CE marking.
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Designing and assembling automated test fixtures to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Improving existing test fixture designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Creating requirements and robust designs to meet business needs while developing validation and verification plans.
* Analysing test data to determine and eliminate root causes of issues using sound engineering principles.
Requirements for the Role:
* At least 3 years' experience in a test fixture development role.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering technical discipline.
* Strong manufacturing, mechanical/electromechanical/automation design skillset.
* Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as LabVIEW, C, C++, C#.
