Responsibilities

* Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳
* Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump. 🦸
* Chat or talk with passengers - whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
* Create real connections. We want customers to remember you - the awesome human who helped them out. 😊
Requirements
* You speak Norwegian fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).
* You’re positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings. 🌄
* You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently. 😎
* You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball. 🤹
