Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator Role:
• Update collection/delivery statuses and manage logistics activities
• Handle customer queries and tracking requests
• Input job data into transport systems quickly and accurately
• Deliver clear, professional communication across departments
• Maintain a flexible approach to meet deadlines and priorities
• Create and manage job manifests
• Prepare KPI reports for domestic and international transport activities
• Handle queries and requests professionally, ensuring all matters are addressed promptly and effectively
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure all plans include haulier information, route details, and share them promptly with hauliers and internal team
• Prepare, process, and accurately file all essential transportation documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or logistics role, specifically within the transport, freight, distribution, or supply chain industry. Prior experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS), fleet tracking software, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software related to logistics is highly desirable.
