Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Role Summary:
To provide effective ICT support, delivering services and equipment to users while ensuring timely incident resolution.
Fulfil service requests or escalate for resolution, collaborating with colleagues to meet agreed service levels.
Offer expertise in designated service areas, identifying and resolving incidents while advising users on optimal technology use.
Contribute to project development and testing efforts, standardising tasks through documented procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. A minimum of three years' experience in IT service delivery and support.
2. Proven ability to develop and maintain service documentation and standard support procedures.
3. Effective planning, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
* A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
* Strong understanding of core academic and enterprise ICT systems within an educational institution.
* Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft applications and users, including proficiency with Admin Centre, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
* A proven track record of delivering IT services within a structured environment, including experience with operational support, monitoring tools, and established processes.
* Experience using and supporting a Web Content Management System (CMS).
