The role will join a talent team of 3 and is will work with outside agencies and internal hiring managers. This role is focused on recruitment for practice areas and business services departments across the firm. Call Cormac Spencer on for more infoSalary:Highly CompetitiveBenefits:Healthcare, Hybrid working, Bonus, Gym, Subsidised CanteenAbout the Role:Manage the full life cycle of a varied portfolio of roles working with internal clients, preferredsupplier agents and candidates;Deliver recruitment targets by advertising roles internally and externally, researching andsourcing direct candidates, and building a talent pipeline;Develop strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure they understand the role requirements and our employee value proposition;Manage the interview process, providing expert consultative advice to internal clients andsupporting candidates at every stage;Conduct screening calls with applicants and interviews with hiring managers;Prepare and manage offer documentation, working with internal stakeholders and keeping thecandidate informed throughout;Prepare and send contracts and new starter documents to joiners, organise reference checksand liaise with the wider HR team regarding onboarding;Collaborate with other departments to organise the first day and engage with new joinersthroughout the onboarding process and during their early days in the firm to ensure a positivecandidate experience;Manage the business services graduate and act as a mentor;Track and report recruitment activity and keep recruitment data up to date; andWork closely with the Recruitment Senior Manager on day-to-day operational issues and thedelivery of strategic projects.The CandidateYou have at least three years' experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate environment ora professional services agency;You display exemplary client service and communication skills and can build relationshipsinternally and externally to support the recruitment and selection process;You have a good knowledge of employment law, a commercial mindset and are solutionoriented;You take a process driven approach, have a high level of attention to detail and strongorganisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively;You understand the importance of confidentiality in this role; andYou are a collaborative team player, highly credible and able to work with senior stakeholdersin a professional manner.If this In House Recruiter role sounds like you, Call Cormac today on Speak to the Experts with the Direct Link to the Best Recruitment and HR roles in IrelandLink Personnel
