About Your New Job
As Site Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day management of high profile fit out projects throughout Dublin.
You will play a key leadership role on site, ensuring that project programmes are delivered on schedule, quality standards are consistently achieved, and all health and safety requirements are strictly adhered to.
The position involves the coordination of subcontractors, effective management of site logistics, and close collaboration with project managers, design teams, and clients to facilitate the efficient delivery of the project.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site matters.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on commercial fit-out or interior projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, and M&E coordination
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight programmes
A proactive and solution-focused approach to site challenges
Strong commitment to health & safety and quality control
Relevant construction qualification or trade background
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (SMSTS or equivalent desirable)
What's on Offer
Competitive salary: €60,000 – €75,000 per annum.
(Initially employed through Sigmar and subbed into the role)
