INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Site Engineer Project New Build residential long-term work Job Location Waterford Salary €45K - €60K + vehicle About the Company Busy Developer led contractor with a reputation for delivering high quality homes across Ireland valued up to €50M They require a site engineer for a brand-new development starting in Co. Waterford with long-term works in the area currently have multiple sites in Waterford ongoing. They are keen to chat to engineers with 2 5 years experience setting out in the Irish Construction Industry setting out for building projects who are ambitious and want to move in to senior roles with the company. The Role Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations. Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard. Interoperate drawings and provide support to construction team on any technical queries Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project. Supervise trades on site and act as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client. Ensure H&S standards are met and adhered to on site and reporting any issues. Support the Project Manager and Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard. Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel. Ordering materials as required by Requirements A Degree in Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline. 2 5 years Experience with a Main Contractor or housing developer in ROI Ideally will have experience with high volume housing/ greenfield sites commercial exp will also be considered. Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works co-ordination.
