Project Coordinator An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Service Operations professional to join a well-established global engineering organisation.
This is a Dublin-based role offering strong exposure to service operations, client interaction, and long-term career development within the HVAC and building services sector.

THE ROLE: As HVAC Service Operations Lead, you will support the Service Operations Manager and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the HVAC service department.
Key responsibilities include: Acting as a primary point of contact for service clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensuring service activities are completed on time.
Supporting day-to-day service operations, including engineer scheduling, task allocation, and workflow coordination.
Assisting with service contracts, commissioning activities, and repair works on HVAC equipment such as AHUs, chillers, and heat pumps.
Producing client reports, KPI updates, and monthly service summaries.
Ensuring CRM/ERP systems and service documentation are accurately maintained.
Working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Identifying service improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Assisting with resource planning and operational readiness across the service team.
This role is primarily office-based, with regular interaction with engineers and clients.
THE PERSON: Our client is seeking a well-organised, customer-focused individual with: Experience in HVAC service operations, facilities management, or a technical service environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Good IT skills, including CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and support operational efficiency.
Previous exposure to HVAC service teams, PPM scheduling, or service contract management would be highly beneficial.
