Building Inspection Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Building Inspectors in Cork City. The chosen candidates will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of private rented accommodation throughout the Cork area, ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations.
About the Job
* This is a full-time role requiring approximately 4 days per week on-site and one day in the office for administrative tasks.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building Surveying (or related field) is preferred; however, equivalent experience may also be considered.
* Prior experience working with building regulations and standards would be advantageous but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
