About the Role:
Armont Recruitment is partnering with an expanding medical group seeking a skilled accounts payable professional to join their close-knit team based in Kildare. This business is at an exciting time of growth following a recent acquisition, and this role will be a key part of a collaborative team contributing to the company's continued development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase invoice processing onto accounts system
* Managing supplier payment processing
* Card reconciliations
* Managing supplier queries
* Assist with audit
* Month end reports
* Creditor reconciliations
* Assisting with additional ad hoc projects
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years+ accounts payable experience
* Experience in operating accounting systems
* Strong knowledge of MS Office
The Company Offers:
