Core Job Responsibilities
1. Achieve division-wise primary targets, ensuring they are equal to or greater than secondary targets.
2. Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
3. Ensure zero expiry cases on stockist shelves by timely stock liquidation through prescription generation.
4. Share competitor and market information promptly with the ABM and division.
5. Build relationships with customers and stockists, visiting stockists as per the defined frequency.
6. Prioritize and meet with doctors appropriately and regularly.
7. Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.
8. Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking as per plan, and update stockists about new products.
9. Report field activities daily in the assigned online system.
10. Organize CME camps as per division strategy and customer needs.
11. Generate POBs for Abbott brands according to the business plan.
Required Experience
* Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred.
* Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
Required Qualification
B.Sc. or B.Pharma
