Responsibilities
* Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
* Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
* Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
* Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
* 1+ year experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment is essential
* Food hygiene and HACCP knowledge are essential; further training will be provided
* Permanent resident in Ireland and have a valid work permit
