DYUCE is a full-service recycling solution dedicated to changing the ball waste culture in tennis and padel. Our innovative ball collection pods and ball return service help clubs and venues manage tennis and padel ball waste responsibly.

Over 130 million tennis and padel balls hit landfill in Europe every year.

We're looking for a
Sales Development Lead
who is energetic, multilingual, digitally savvy, and commercially sharp to help us grow our presence throughout padel and tennis clubs across Europe and to help us recycle over 60 million balls over the next 5 years.

Based in Dublin.

Role Purpose

To actively generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with tennis and padel clubs, coaches, and facility operators — using a mix of social selling, direct outreach, and face-to-face engagement.

This is a
startup role
, so adaptability, initiative, and openness to wearing multiple hats are essential.

Fluency in either French, Spanish or German is key to delivering in this role.

A love of tennis and/ or padel is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

● Research and identify target clubs, padel operators, academies, and coaches.

● Generate leads through direct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person visits).

● Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our DYUCE CRM tools.

Sales Execution

● Pitch and demonstrate DYUCE pods to decision makers.

● Run product demos (in-person and virtual).

● Negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

● Act as the main point of contact for prospects, ensuring smooth onboarding.

Marketing & Social Media Support

● Use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to drive awareness and generate inbound leads.

● Share content and success stories from clubs using DYUCE pods.

● Support marketing campaigns with on-the-ground insights and feedback.

Market Presence

● Attend industry events, tournaments, and exhibitions to network and showcase DYUCE.

● Be the face of DYUCE in the tennis and padel communities, building grassroots credibility.

Skills & Experience Required

● 1–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management (sports, leisure, or sustainability sectors a plus).

● Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in front of clients.

● Target-driven with a track record of closing sales.

Languages:
Fluent in English plus at least one of
German, French, Italian or Spanish
(a mix of these and other additional languages is a distinct advantage).

● Social media savvy: comfortable using platforms for lead generation and engagement.

● Flexible and adaptable, thrives in a
startup environment
where things move fast.

● Commercial nous: able to spot opportunities and act on them quickly.

● Passionate about sport (especially tennis/padel) and
committed to sustainability
