Essential criteria for the position of Team Leader/PIC:
* A full Degree in Social Care/Studies or relevant 3rd level qualification at degree level, e.g., Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification recognized outside Ireland by NARIC as level 8
* Three years management experience with responsibility for a team of employees
* Availability to work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts
* Permission to work in Ireland is essential

Skills/Abilities required of a Team Leader/PIC:
* Three years management experience with team responsibility
* Knowledge of current legislation and regulations in the Social Care Sector
* Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
* Ability to work independently and coordinate developing services
* Experience in support/care plan development and PCPs
* Focus on the needs of the person supported
* Support delivery aligned with PCP and care plan
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
