Accounts Technician - Mallusk (Hybrid)

2. Your New RoleAs Accounts Technician, you will take responsibility for a wide range of transactional finance activity. Your day‑to‑day duties will include processing high‑volume purchase invoices, managing internal recharges, preparing supplier payments, and handling employee expenses. You will support the month‑end process through accurate data entry, reconciliations, and ensuring financial information is up to date and well‑organised. You will also provide general financial administration support, maintain accurate records, and work closely with colleagues across the wider business to ensure smooth financial operations.
3. What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience working as an Accounts Technician or in a similar transactional finance role
* Strong experience processing invoices, payments, and expenses
* Working knowledge of Sage 50
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider finance team
