In this role, you implement and showcase best in class audience led content, in order to attract, engage and convert key target audiences. What you'll do Develop and implement relevant, engaging and memorable content and communications across digital channels. Work collaboratively across teams and subject areas to develop comprehensive content and communications. Collaborate with creative agency to provide best in class strategic thinking, engaging content and creative outputs. Implement, champion and guide colleagues on content best practices and promote consistency across digital channels. Understand and extract insights from marketing data and analytics dashboards. Strategic planning of content across the customer journey, leveraging key opportunities to engage and convert leads. Monitor digital marketing research and trends, employing latest developments in innovation, AI and performance. Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, and cross-functional projects. Manage assigned budgets in accordance with One Bord Bia procedures. Adhere to the One Bord Bia Operating Model. About You Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities Knowledge: Digital Marketing, Content development Content performance analysis Skills & Capabilities: 3+ years' experience operating in a Marketing, Digital Communications, Journalism, Media, or other relevant discipline. Digital first mindset, comfortable with an agile culture focused on continuous improvement Content strategy and a deep understanding of performance content. Excellent copywriting experience with a flawless attention to detail Proven expertise in turning complex information into engaging, digestible, audience-led content. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to work within an established tone of voice. Passionate about digital marketing and has a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. Capable of managing stakeholder relationships, setting and meeting appropriate expectations. Builds strong relationships and likes to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
