About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can play a key role in expanding our client base through promoting long-term service agreements, inspections, and compliance solutions. As a Sales and Service Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities within target sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, pharma, education, commercial, and government.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly service sales and margin targets
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities within target sectors
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximise pipeline conversion and cross-selling potential
* Leverage your commercial acumen to deliver value-driven, margin-positive solutions
* Collaborate with regional sales colleagues to capitalise on joint opportunities
* Follow up on all assigned leads with professionalism and urgency
* Stay well-informed on our full service offering and maintain strong product knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3–4 years' experience in a field-based sales role, ideally with a focus on service or compliance solutions
* A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* A strong understanding of or network in sectors such as hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, county councils or government
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Commercially astute with a customer-first approach
* Highly organised and self-directed, with a proactive and professional manner
