Maintenance Operations Lead
The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance and engineering across our facility, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.
* Lead the day-to-day maintenance operations, focusing on efficient workflow and effective team management.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
* Manage CAPEX and engineering projects from design through to installation and commissioning, prioritizing quality and timelines.
Strong leadership, budgeting, project management, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Hands-on experience with CMMS software is also required.
