We are now inviting applications for a Full-Time Barista Supervisor for our Bewley's Cafe stop in The Barack Obama Plaza. We are seeking successful candidates with at least 1 year of Barista experience,along with a vibrant, outgoing personality, who genuinely enjoy interacting with the public.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Treating our customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit the site.Working in all areas to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.Working as part of a team, in all areas as required, treating all staff and management with respect.Following company guidelines/training in all aspects of food/beverage preparation, production, and storage.At all times, portray a professional image, both on and off the premises.Working with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent each day in our Cafe.Concerning cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.Ensuring uniform and personal appearance, complying with company guidelines.Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.Handle complaints and incidents effectively, passing them on to the Supervisor/ Manager.Working with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant.Keep the lobby area and customer toilets clean and tidy at all timesTo ensure all orders are completed efficiently and correctlyAssist Management with ensuring customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit the Kinnegad Plaza.Assisting in the training and development of new staffCarry out all duties diligentlyFlexible to work in other areas as requiredResponds to General Manager requestsCompetitive rate of pay -Paid WeeklySubsidised Meals on shiftEmployee of the Month ProgrammeEmployee Assistant Programme -24/7 Wellbeing AdviceTeam incentivesA company in growth with a clear vision, amazing culture & great peopleMonday to Friday ShiftIf this sounds like you and you want to join the Supermac's family, then apply today.
