The purpose of this role is to drive commercial activities by strengthening existing relationships, developing new partnerships, and introducing products and solutions. You will play a key role in delivering strategies that create an enhanced shopper experience and sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:Business PlanningCreate and implement customer business plans with clear quarterly actions for selected customersLead budget planning in close collaboration with ManagementSales ManagementDevelop a proactive, solution-oriented approach to win new business and increase sales volumesDevelop, manage, and nurture existing customer relationshipsTake responsibility for pricing and gross margin in line with HL policiesManage offering and tender processesAnalyse statistics and ensure structured follow-up on performanceTeamwork & CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Project Managers (CPM), Customer Service Officers (CSO), Product Managers, and design centresOccasionally take on a training or knowledge-sharing role within the organizationDoes this sound like the right challenge for you?So, who are you?We employ people from all walks of life and with a wide range of work experiences.
