We are looking for a qualified Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Limerick on a Permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Planning repair jobs to ensure that parts are available and repairs are carried out safely, on time and within budget.
Ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely paperwork.
Working in a customer facing environment building good working relationships, providing updates and feedback to clients on progress.
Liaise with Repair Manager in completing Risk Assessment & Method Statements prior to any works being carried out.
The supervision of repair engineers and sub contract labour utilizing the talents of the team and providing support and training to maximize the skills
The Ideal Candidate
Preferbly you will have experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer, or have some experience working in the Lift Industry.
Experience of managing/coordinating a team would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage time efficiently.
Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of commitment & motivation.
Must hold an Irish or European Driving Licence
