Job Title: Full-Time Receptionist

We are a busy and well-established specialist and general dental practice located in the heart of Dublin, and we're looking for a full-time receptionist to join our friendly and professional reception team.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and checking in patients
* Scheduling and managing appointments
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You:
* Previous dental or medical reception experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A professional, friendly, and caring attitude
* Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
