Requirements:
* A highly accomplished operations leader with a strong track record at Director level, possessing solid financial acumen and a history of driving operational change and continuous improvement
* Proven success across service delivery and project installations, with a clear communicator and relationship builder able to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
* Strong project management skills and a proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams, mentor managers, and build a high-performance culture rooted in agility, responsibility, and continuous improvement
