Kingsize is Ireland's leading plus-size menswear retailer, specializing in Big & Tall fashion. We are looking for a full time(37.5 hours), mature, dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team and provide excellent customer service while helping to grow our brand.

Requirements:
* Retail experience in Ireland (menswear experience preferred but not essential)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Long-term availability (this role is not suitable for students or temporary job seekers)
* Availability on Saturdays.
Daily Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales
* Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on sizing, styles, and fits
* Deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer
* Handle instore and online sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Help to create a smooth stock management system
Store Operations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store and stockroom
* Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing displays
* Ensure merchandising meets brand standards
* Fulfil online orders
Team & Brand Engagement
* Represent the Kingsize brand positively and professionally
* Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company updates
* Learn about our brand and website ) to engage knowledgeably with customers

* Weekend availability
