Human Resources System Lead
The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, enhancement, and governance of human resources systems across a multinational organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and optimise human resources information systems (HRIS) across multiple regions.
* Collaborate with the HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system governance and compliance.
* Design and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency.
* Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making.
* Deliver training and promote system adoption among employees.
* Lead HRIS projects including upgrades, integrations, and system maintenance.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles, preferably in multi-site environments.
* Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
* Strong knowledge of human resources processes and data/reporting capabilities.
* Proven project/change management skills with successful track records.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology; CIPD membership an asset.
