As Office Supervisor, you will join a professional team in a not-for-profit organisation. Your new office is located in D15 and is accessible via public transport. The company requires you to join their team on a 12-month FTC, fully onsite.
Your new role
As Office Supervisor, you will lead a team of administrators. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing staff and their daily/weekly workload, ensuring claims and queries are handled within service levels and turnaround times, overseeing rosters, breaks, holiday cover, etc., carrying out 1-to-1s, acting as the main point of contact for the team, and managing escalations for review by management, along with all general administrative and ad-hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You should ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role involving people management and administrative duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be engaging with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and troubleshooting system issues is a plus. Experience with HR duties is advantageous.
