The Role
Our client’s company, a well‑established provider of managed print services, digital technology, security and coffee systems, is seeking an experienced Sales Area Manager to manage and grow a key territory across Galway.
This is a hands‑on senior sales role working with a diverse client base including hospitals, universities, colleges, schools and large commercial organisations. The position reports directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales across Galway & the West
Handle a portfolio of major corporate and public‑sector clients
Work directly with IT departments, procurement teams and senior stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting to contract close
Drive new business while maintaining long‑standing client relationships
Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards
Work alongside technicians and administrative support staff
Ensure smooth coordination between sales and service delivery
Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to client issues
Requirements
Proven B2B field sales background
Strong experience dealing with corporate and public‑sector clients
Confident engaging with IT and procurement teams
High energy, strong work ethic and hands‑on sales approach
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
