Requirements:5 years plus bookkeeping or accounts senior work Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts and Procure Wizard desirable Comfortable using excel Excellent Communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and capable to work on own initiative Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines Willingness to take on more accounts work as the role progresses Responsibilities: Ensuring all credit notes are received for supplier accounts Bank transaction postings to Sage 50 accounts Maintaining and reconciling monthly creditor ledger Maintaining and reconciling monthly debtor ledger and chasing o/s invoices for payment Assisting with monthly supplier payment run Monthly management accounts reconciled to trial balance stage by 8th of following month
