About the Role:
This role involves supporting the centre on a full-time basis, ensuring that personal plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans are up-to-date. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering duties within the centre daily in line with regulations. The job requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Critical Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a health or social related field (Level 7/8) or equivalent qualification with management experience in healthcare settings.
The candidate must also possess:
* a minimum of three years' managerial experience within similar health or social care settings;
* full clean driver's license;
