Technical Support Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Drug Substance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a leading multinational organization.
This position involves providing technical support within the Drug Substance manufacturing team, including Cell expansion, Bioreactor and Downstream areas.
* Executing equipment qualification deliverables during project phases including Commissioning & Qualification, IOQ.
* Cordinating technical deliverables within Drug Substance to support successful product launch.
In this role you will provide technical support to operations teams during commercial manufacturing. You will also lead/participate in manufacturing investigations with cross-functional teams ensuring detailed root cause analysis and implementation of appropriate CAPAs
You will identify and implement projects to continuously improve compliance and manufacturing capabilities within the Drug Substance. Additionally, you will deploy Lean Six Sigma tools for continuous process quality improvement.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years working experience in biological vaccine or pharma facilities preferably with c GMP certification.Candidates should be able to operate effectively as part of matrix teams executing on-floor activities such as FAT SAT IQ/OQ Engineering batches.Experience using data-driven approaches for root cause analysis prioritization of initiatives is preferred e.g Six Sigma.Familiarity risk-based approaches through use of FMEA tools would be beneficial."],
