Principal / Tech Lead level role includes leading a squad of talented engineers, driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers
Build full-stack solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS
Drive innovation, collaboration, and DevOps best practices

Collaborate closely with an Architect, Product Owner, and fellow Developers to contribute to our client's mission.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience working with Java and Spring (Boot, MVC, etc).
This client is working with Java versions 17 plus.
Experience working with a distributed team.
Extensive experience working with UI technologies (ideally Angular 6 plus)
Extensive experience working with AWS or Azure services and capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle on-call responsibilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding ability to address and resolve complex challenges
