Job Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Product Manager - Credit Product to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an inclusive and forward-thinking organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Primary contact for stakeholders including business teams, delivery squads, and design & development teams.
* Collaborate with business partners and senior stakeholders to define credit requirements addressing current and future needs.
* Communicate complex ideas clearly driving credit product initiatives and strategies.
* Analyze statistical data to support business cases enabling evidence-based decisions.
* Expertise on credit products ensuring solutions meet client expectations industry standards and regulations.
* Define document and obtain sign-off on requirements via Epics/User stories.
* Prepare training materials and manuals for new functionalities.
* Cross-functional collaboration with SMEs to ensure alignment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products including regulatory operational aspects.
* Experience delivering major functionalities in the lending domain especially in corporate lending.
* Ability to make informed decisions prioritize requirements and validate with stakeholders.
* Experience working with Product Owners Design Teams and delivery squads to resolve challenges.
* Capability to define business credit requirements for customer-centric solutions.
* Banking domain expertise and strong business acumen.
Professional Experience and Skills:
* At least 5 years of experience as SME/BA in Corporate Lending.
* Deep understanding of lending products and operational/regulatory aspects.
* Support for end-to-end solution delivery.
* Large-scale credit transformation programs experience is advantageous.
* Awareness of Agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets is beneficial.
