Change Management ConsultantOur client, a global leader in Process Management, is expanding its Change Management capability and is hiring a Change Management Consultant to join its high‑performing West Dublin team. This is not a delivery-only role, in addition you will sit at the heart of global large-scale client and organisational transformations, shaping how global businesses adopt new technologies, ways of working, and operating models. As a Change Management Consultant, you will design and lead end‑to‑end change programmes for global clients, supporting the successful rollout of transformation initiatives spanning technology, process, and operating model change.What You'll DoClient Impact & AdvisoryLead the design and delivery of Change Management strategies that enable successful adoption of global initiatives, technologies, and transitions.Conduct deep-dive Change and Stakeholder Impact Assessments, translating organisational insight into practical, people‑focused change plans.Work directly with client leadership teams, facilitating conversations on change readiness, communications, rollout strategies, and adoption.Present confidently in client governance forums, steering discussions on change progress, risks, and outcomes.Build long-term, trusted client relationships and serve as a go‑to escalation point for change‑related challenges.Contribute to RFPs, new business pursuits, and client renewals, helping shape the future growth of the Change Management practice.Organisational Influence & LeadershipDrive Change Management planning across multiple accounts and portfolios, aligning delivery with broader business objectives.Design and implement frameworks, tools, and reusable assets that strengthen change capability across the organisation.Lead adoption of internal change initiatives, including digital rollouts, process optimisation, and externally driven transformation.Partner with senior leaders to develop clear action plans, ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.Craft impactful, executive‑level communications on behalf of leadership for clients, employees, and senior stakeholders.Collaborate with delivery teams to develop award-winning submissions, showcasing innovation and transformational impact.What We're Looking ForStrong communicator with the confidence to engage senior business leaders and global clients.Working knowledge of Change Management / OCM principles (certification advantageous but not essential).Proven experience in client-facing consulting or B2B service delivery environments.Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive outcomes while building trusted relationships.Solid project or programme management capability (formal certification a plus).Exposure to Digital Transformation and/or Transition programmes is highly desirable.Domain experience in areas such as F&A, HR Outsourcing, Source & Procure, Sales & Fulfilment, or Digital Services is advantageous.A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.Why Join?Real ownership and visibility on large-scale, global transformation programmes.A hybrid working model offering flexibility and balance.Exposure to a broad client portfolio across industries and geographies.Location & TravelPreferred base: Dublin.Candidates based elsewhere in Ireland will be considered (monthly office attendance required).Hybrid working: Minimum once per month onsite.Office location: Citywest, Dublin.Approximately 10% travel, primarily across the EU and US.
