In this role, you'll support the Financial Controllers in managing the day-to-day hotel finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
You'll play a key part in income auditing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes while maintaining high standards across all financial activities.

Your Responsibilities
Financial Operations: Manage daily finance functions, including income audit, AP, and AR processes.
Reporting & Analysis: Produce routine and ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making.
Systems Management: Work with Dalata systems (Opera Cloud, Micros Simphony, Alkimii, Sage 200, Procure Wizard) to ensure clear and accurate outputs.
Accounts Payable: Oversee supplier setup, payments, reconciliations, and resolve supplier issues.
Accounts Receivable: Manage credit applications, invoicing, and debt collection; lead debtor meetings and maintain strict controls.
Cash & Banking: Oversee bank-related functions, cash controls, and reconciliations.
Revenue Accuracy: Ensure accurate recording of revenue and expenses; analyze trends and correct discrepancies.
Compliance & Standards: Maintain SOP standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within hospitality.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel finance systems (Opera, Sage, etc.) is a plus.
