Key Responsibilities
Leading, managing and coaching team members to deliver high levels of performance
Liaising with all key stakeholders to communicate any changes to the plan
Sound knowledge of production processes
Good knowledge and understanding of current Health & Safety legislation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality of end product
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve required results
Ability to work from detailed technical drawings
Ability to interpret company documents
Demonstrates a flexible and positive attitude
Promotes a flexible approach
Ability to organise workload
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Liaising with relevant parties to work out most cost effective / practical solutions
Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment to support our production needs
Key Qualifications
Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment is essential
Previous experience in construction related industries, Timber frame house/trusses an advantage
Passionate about meeting both Customer and Company expectations
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
IT literate on various software packages
