The team is now seeking a reliable administrator to provide essential support for a two-year contract.
Your new role As an Administrator focused on Supplier Invoice Processing, you will play a key role in supporting daily finance and office operations.
Your responsibilities will include processing, filing, and reconciling supplier invoices, following up on any invoice queries, and managing monthly daywork sheet organisation.
You will also handle incoming phone calls, monitor stationery levels, place orders, and provide general administrative assistance to colleagues as needed.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
Previous experience in administration or accounts support would be an advantage.
You should be confident in using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues are key to thriving in this role.
