This position requires a strong understanding of the Framework for the Establishment of Clinical Nurse Specialist posts (4th edition), National Council for the Professional Development of Nursing and Midwifery (NCNM), 2008. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care that is seamless and timely.

You will be responsible for organizing and managing care for patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This includes working closely with primary care teams throughout the Hospital and participating in nurse-led clinics, research, audit, and education.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience in teaching and assessing junior staff/nursing students. You should also have a strong understanding of healthcare patient record systems and competent SACT administration skills.

Additionally, you will need to demonstrate continuing professional development relevant to the specialist area and practice safely and effectively within your scope of practice.

Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of a Level 9 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience in a related field
3. Clinical Skills: Competent in SACT administration and PICC line insertion
4. Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing teams
