YWINC is an independent, non-profit voluntary youth organisation engaged in out of school youth development and education. The organisation aims to enable young people to involve themselves consciously and actively in their own development. YWINC employs over 50 staff and involves volunteers in the creation and delivery of high-quality services to young people through the operation of over 10 clubs, general youth services and special projects.

is seeking an experienced and driven
Service Manager
to lead our multi-site youth services across
Sligo, Leitrim and Mayo
.
This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of 20+ staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, youth-centred services that make a real difference in young people's lives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Leading and supporting multidisciplinary staff teams
· Overseeing high-quality, evidence-informed youth programmes
· Ensuring safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance standards
· Providing professional supervision, coaching, and staff development
· Building interagency partnerships and representing the organisation locally and nationally
· Supporting budgeting, reporting, and resource management
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
· A degree in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Community Development (or related)
· At least 3 years' management or senior practitioner experience
· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· A solid understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and compliance
· A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel
Salary:
€53,584.86
